IVF Specialist

Dr. Pallavi Agarwal moved to PGI MER Chandigarh and joined as senior resident for 3 years after completing her post graduation in 2008. There she has developed interest in infertility as Chandigarh has an IVF department. To develop as an infertility specialist, she did fellowship and subsequently joined the department of reproductive medicine as assistant professor and was promoted to associate professor in 2017.She has been teaching faculty in DM reproductive medicine program and FNB program which is training program for infertility aspiring gynecologists who are selected after national examination .Her experience in infertility is more than 16 years and she did more than 6000 IVF cycles. Apart from this she is a very good laparoscopic surgeon and does all kinds of infertility enhancing surgeries and gynec surgery as well. To continue academic skills she has published many papers in journals and was speaker in many conferences.Much more advanced procedures are also available like donation cycles, laser assisted hatching, PGT and micro TESE. The department has a very high pregnancy rate and it is providing treatment in all forms of infertility in a very cost effective manner without compromising quality.
